Matters needing attention
1. Mould photoelectric protector installed ahead, work in hands to press the button to press to die before merger, touching the photoelectric protector, program immediately stop, about mold cannot be merged, prevent against (normal operation should not touch the photoelectric protector). Or so after the mould clamping photoelectric protector.
2. Unavoidable circumstances or work is finished, press the stop button, the machine program immediately stop and cut off the pneumatic air system. Need to return to work again when will stop button and reset, press the start button.
3. The machine one welding cycle 11-13 seconds, welding time adjustment is not at that time, the system will cancel the welding process a (or several) of the program. Relay should be adjusted to the proper time.
4. The magnetic switch shift couldn't received signal equipment can't continue to work or no action. Should be in accordance with the instructions for the first part 4-6.
5. There are foreign bodies in the photoelectric protector, photoelectric protector, equipment no action. The foreign body should be removed, make the system back to normal.
The machine tooling ramp every three months or so there may be a gap. Should adjust the clearance and infuse solid lubricating oil regularly
